Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer several shipping methods, depending on the destination and the urgency of the order. Our standard shipping takes approximately 2-6 weeks, as all of our products are individually produced and custom made. Shipping is free for all orders, except in cases where it is specifically noted!

 

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Once your order is received, we will process it within 1-3 days. After that, it will be produced for you and shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please note that the estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the destination and other factors outside of our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking and Lost Packages

We provide tracking information for all orders, so you can track your package and check on its delivery status. If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and try resolve the issue with the postal services in charge.

 

Returns and Refunds

At this time, we sadly cannot offer refunds for shipped products, since we produce them specifically for you - reducing waste and pollution! However, we are constantly working to improve our services and will try implement a substitute for the refund-option as we grow our brand.
